Never had any issues with Federal or Remington.
PMC and WWB are dirty and not very reliable, in my opinion.
I really like PPU (Prvi Partizan) but it can be expensive.

Nice! My Wife loves her XDm. I've given a lot of thought about the 5.25 target versions myself.
BTW, if you don't mind waiting on shipping, I've been quite happy with Freedom Munitions re-manufactured ammo. (Avoid the new production stuff. They use funky brass.)

Very nice. The XDMs were pretty cool with the interchangeable grip and nice ergo feel. I thought about one but ended up with the standard XD sub-compact. I do love that line of guns.

I've never had any reliability issues with PMC or WWB, but they do seem dirty. I like PPU both for the brass life, but also because they load some of the obscure military calibers I need |

I remember when PPU was my dirty little secret for target shooting. I could get .308 168gr BTHP for $14 a box and they flew every bit as straight as Federal Gold Medal Match. |

I'm trying to save-up for a Summit Limited as my next purchase. The Wife has slowly gotten me addicted to skeet (I gave her a Browning Citori 725 20 gauge for Christmas 2014) and I really need a good shotgun for myself. My problem is that, being 6'4" 250#, only the Caesar Guerinis fit me off the shelf. Unfortunately, even the "entry level" version will take a huge bite out of my gun-funds for 2016..... |

Spend $1,800 on a Benelli M4 and then modify it to comply with 922r by purchasing an adjustable stock ($300), extended magazine tube ($160) and enhanced charging handle ($25). Boom. Badass skeet/home defense/zombie apocalypse shotgun. |

I like a slick pump-action as I can run everything from the Aguila minishells up to 3" "kill it now!" buck and ball loads. Hell, for fun I've even run flechette rounds. (Rather unimpressed) I'm looking at the 12ga 30" model of the CG as it will work nicely for Skeet, Trap and Sporting Clays. Plus, as a bonus, the Mrs. is willing to even throw some of her money towards it will give me more reasons to play the shotgun games with her. |

The SOCOM 16 is very front heavy with all the tactical rail shit they put on it, and loud as hell indoors.
The Scout Squad version is a little cleaner.
As far as Kel-Tec RDB, I shy away from them based on quality control issues that have risen up in the past, and bullpups aren't very interesting to me.
Another thing is the fact that a .308 is next to my face and if I had a catastrophic failure of the round in the chamber.... Ouch.
