People tell me Borodino isn't good. Too unmaneuverable, exposed citadel, low HP pool, poor HE. This thing is a total blast to play. I mean, yeah it was top tier, but wow do these guns do some serious damage. This is a danger to anything it catches broadside. Beware.Unfortunately the CV ruined my rampage on that flank, focusing me continuously until I was dead. He pretty much had to though 

Well, I'm in love. This may very well be my favorite ship in game. Do NOT get hit by Shikishima's guns, if at all possible. Just don't do it. If you hear thunder in the distance, aggressively maneuver. It may save your life.Yoshino made a mistake and tried to stop behind an island, but went too far. He ate 4 cits. Montana then tried to sail in front of him to block for him, give him time to escape. He ate a cit and a couple of other shells. De Moines was turning to avoid torps and beached himself at a 90 degree angle to me. I cit him through the stern, all 27,000 dmg in a single salvo, but he survived at 2k HP. Our opposite flank by this time had folded and I started taking focused fire from the enemy team, which is common in Shikishima. Everyone wants her dead, for good reason.

Well, I got Tone out of a Mega container. Why did I not buy this ship sooner?! Even without her planes, she is a very powerful ship. She has 8 excellent, accurate Japanese 203mm guns with high HE damage, pen and fire chance. She has a repair party, just like Atago. 10km torpedos that hit for 19,900 dmg per torp. Did I mention that her concealment range is only 8.8 km's?  This is my first ever game in her and boy did I have fun. Her planes are roughly the same as Ise's so I didnt spend that much time in them. Her guns are absolutely brutal though, since you have 4/5ths the firepower of an Atago. She can stealth torp too! I wish I'd bought her sooner!

For once I was king of losers in ranked and got to keep my star! Also my first High Caliber medal.



Here I just generally kicked ass and topped the leaderboard in ranked, this time on the winning team!



Best Le Fantasque game, it was a loss but you could say I torp farmed some BBs! Thought you got an achievement for 15-16 torp strikes? 

So this Sprint has been easier than any before this. Grinding out Kleber gave me a bunch of DD experience. Just learning a different playstyle and basically no concealment for a DD gave me more confidence for ranked battles too! I think I've lost maybe 4 games and won my 12 and got all my rewards stress free!

After an early death in my Halland I hopped in my Shima and moved on to the next battle trying not to take the loss to hard and hoping I could regain my lost star. It was the same map (shards) so I told myself to just stay back and spot. The enemy team made it easy and pushed without DD support. Atleast on my side of the map. I just made sure I didn't get radared and farmed damage with my torps and capped bases after the reds had fallen back. I'll try again Monday and see if I can rank higher than level 4 instead of just settling for the rewards.

Go after DDs with the skip bombers that seems to be it's calling. It' also supposed to have better fighters too.

Kearsarge is a bit broken.

Got an early access ship through amazon prime, the Turbine. It's nothing to get excited about. The gun range is shorter than the detection range, and they have a slow reload; same with the torps. It does have smoke at tier 4 though. Still made the best of it with the 6 pt commander in my one battle in it so far. Just went straight to randoms and did pretty good. I died but I was killing the CV instead of capping the base and playing it safe.

Awesome Coop game in the Gearing. It's been growing on me lately. Nice "all round" DD. Plenty of torps, that hurt. Plenty of pew pew to fight other DDs and pester other ships. Finally decent AA, not Hallad AA but enough to annoy planes.
