Here's my thoughts, wanted to get feedback.
BiA, 6S, repairs, track mechanic, smooth ride, snap shot.
What about signal boosting and/or relaying? I'd like a bit better view range, but recon/sit awareness doesn't much...

Mine is currently, mentor bia sixth repairs snap shot and nearly finished smooth ride. Once smooth ride is done i'll probably train jack of all trades until it's 100% and then swap it for adrenaline rush and then retrain jack

Oh yeah, Jack of All Trades might be useful. I can't decide if Mentor is worth anything or not.
Adrenaline Rush could be useful for last ditch effort. It'll probably be the last thing I train, though.

I've never used clutch braking on any tank. Might need to try it out.

View range boosts usually aren't that useful for the KV-2 as it isn't a long range sniping kind of tank and it is kind of blind to start with anyways. The skills you have now are good. I would probably work for Off Road driving to get you moving faster and/or Clutch Braking to help,you rotate faster in case you're starting to get circled.

I wasn't going to worry about Recon/Sit Awareness - because 5% is a very small bump on what is already terrible view range.
I didn't know if Signal Boosting/Relaying would help me 'see' the vehicle that my team has spotted.
