First battle in the stock 30.01D...used premiums to get crew with 6th sense only up to 100% before battle. Rammer, vents, optics. Training recon but will change to Bia and retrain recon. Can I expect this tank to continue to perform as long as I am up to it? Oh...and that fucking south spawn on sacred valley war!!  |

Oh yeah. it will definitely perform well all the time. The tier VI german meds are very very good.

I enjoyed the bouncey turret armour, but the guns left something to be desired.

It is a good tank, just a bit underrated in my opinion. The hull armor is decent and the turret is troll enough to produce some bounces. It is agile and does the CoD well. The 30.02D tier VII is good with the 88/L56 it mounts and then the Indien Panzer is one the best at tier VIII. The Leo PTA is a painful stock grind so if possible, save as much free XP as you can to get by the first package.
It is a fun line to play, or it was for me

On the crew skills thing, train Mentor next and swap it for either Repairs or Recon. Mentor trains faster.

I do that sometimes, but not with every crew. I like recon on the mid-tier mediums...probably making no difference but I like to pretend it does.

I had a similar experience with the D when I ran it for the first time. It is a very nice medium at tier VI. The problem I had with it, wasn't with that tank, but the next in line... It's practically the same, only a tier higher. It wrecks at tier VI, but kinda struggles a little when it becomes a tier VII. You'll probaly enjoy it, bullpup. Even when it's stock, it's quite handy.
