Just unlocked the short 88. Is it worth running that over the 7.5 cm?

It's a matter of taste Kaito. The 88 has better alpha, but longer reload. The waffe flies out of the turret like a missile, and it does it rather quickly. I run the waffe for that reason, it's a better keep-the-gun-firing gun. IMHO. My first, and still only, mark came in it, it's mucho fun.

8.8cm. I tend to prefer alpha over everything else (so long as the gun is actually workable), and that 8.8cm at Tier VI Is probably one of my favourite guns in the game. I ran it on the VK 36.01 (H) Over the 7.5cm/5.5cm with great success, though you do have to load a healthy amount of Gold for some tanks and even with Gold, there are certain tanks you will just struggle to hurt anywhere. Only reason I could personally ever vouch for using the 7.5cm/5.5cm is that, when the Japanese abominations show up, that gun has a better time penning them than the 8.8cm.

Back when it was a medium everyone said to run it with the konisch(I don't think it gets it now); but I didn't. I ran it with the 88 and I preferred it.

Load premo's and will go through most tier 6's like butter!!

Nice job on the 3 marks, it's a tough task for sure for any tank Wasn't looking to get in a pissing contest, I suck so I will lose every time. Just giving my opinion on what I like. Kaito can disregard what I said if he likes, and I do like the 88 on it, run it sometimes. I just like the 75 a bit more. Tank on! (and yes I am well aware of the there)

I used the 8.8 cm , The pen is good enough for a tier 6, and the higher alpha helps it expose itself less. Tanks not really a sniper anyway and can flank in a pinch, So that renders a lot of the Konisch's advantages moot. Unless things have changed since the KV-85 and other heaves arrived. Haven't played it in a long while.

Alpha is the wayto go. Expose yourself less then hit them for 220. 3 marked it with the 88
