I've been analyzing this current on-track and have decided against working it...here's why: First and foremost and I'm frightened of being flanked by E5s! On a serious note: 1. I have only completed to the Wolverine and had the Jackson unlocked so I purchased that last night at the discounted price, but the thought of grinding from 6-10 is too much. I will fiddle with the Jackson and t25at some. 2. In about 9K Xp, I could unlock the T28 from the Proto and skip the Jackson and T25AT for now, but then my grind to the T30 would have to start anew. I'm not keen on dropping that first 71k of xp I have on the Proto. 3. I've been having no problems handling T28s with my Proto so I'm not excited to jump into the 28 because of that. 4. The ultra slow, no turret TDs just don't fit my play style. Once upon a time, the AT7 was my favorite, but he sits lonely in my garage now waiting for the occasional battle. I've been watching Marmoset in his T95 and although he is kicking ass, that thing moves slower than paint dries on a humid day. I just don't think I can take that without at least having a turret. The Proto is slow, but the turret gives it some flexibility. I believe the E4 line is better for the old Bullpup. Is anyone else going to shy away from this on-track? Reasons?

The E3 grind is boring. So is the E3. It may be overpowered and overall better then the E4 but its alot more situational. The T30 and E4 are much more fun to play, plus they are flexible that you can relocate or play a more traditional heavy role if needed.
E4 is my most played and favorite tier 10 td. The E3 had its crew moved out a long while ago, its just not fun to play. I kept the T30 and enjoy playing it.
I dont regret the E3 grind at all but I definitely wouldn't do it again.

The T28 Protoype has really agreed with you so far. Imagine having greater mobility and a 155mm gun.

I've been enjoying the T25AT but it's actually fairly mobile. I have suffered through the British AT line so hopefully I'll be able to stand the T28 and T95 when I eventually get there.

Never really wanted a E3 and going through fat and slow X2 before it would make me play some other game instead. Got past the 28 proto and that was enough.

I thought I'd finally start playing the T28 which I had researched but not bought or played.I do not see how I am going to focus on this thing for nearly two weeks when I can barely stay awake for a couple of games at most. Its not a bad tank - great guns and the mobility is not as terrible as I was afraid of- but staying back and waiting for something to show up to shoot at gets old quick. I think I will be lucky if I get to the T95 when the on-track ends.

Yeah this line is the line that'll stop me getting the US Technical Engineer ribbon. I'm just not interested in playing slow and situational tanks.

The E3 was the first T10 I got after the beta and before they fucked around with it making it less OP it was fun to play because who doesn't love pile driving an indestructible tank at people that don't know how to defend against it or sitting there with binos spotting for patrol duty with no arty.
No it's no fun. The grind I would not do again and I tried for the E4 but got bored at the T30. Things may have changed but seeing people land flat shots on top of my turret ( not hitting hatch ) was boring and the T7 armor ( not turret ) was boring.
The T25 AT is the best tank in that grind. Shits all over the 25/2 IMO.

You know what pisses me off most about this E3 on track? The fact that I unlocked and bought my E3 two weeks prior to the event. I still like my T95 better than the E3 but both tanks are fun.

I dont regret the E3 grind at all but I definitely wouldn't do it again. The T95 was OK until the high tier lights came out. Now you have to worry about arty and light tanks that can clip you out. Like you I have the E3 in the garage sitting next to the E4. I dont play it all that much.
