Hilarious tank. When you are top tier it is devastating. I still somewhat suck at shot-gunning with it (or in general, with arty). Also, I see a lot of tier 5 when I play it, which I consider the 'balancing' factor, since I bounce shots off of heavily armored 5s. Either way, it is a boss arty.
