Random question that is kind of on point.
Anybody else stay Stock till they got the L/71?
I've used the L/56 on the VK30.01P and found it to be garbage
Used it on the Tiger P, found the same and went back to Stock till I got the L/71
Just unlocked (Or 1 game from unlocking) the L/56 on the Tiger and dreading trying to use the gun and again thinking about stay stock till the L/71
Only time I've used the L/56 and liked it was on the T 34-88

Not that this applies as your a purple anyway, but skill won't be a factor in these platoons, one good Tiger driver can carry a tier 9 game anyway. Besides you'll get that mark soon, it's easy to 3 mark it. |

If you get a team that deploys really, really badly, use it as a sniper instead and the greens as bait. You will probably still lose but will get damage at least. |

Thanks to mid-tier madness we seem to be chest deep in Tigers at the moment. Was in a match yesterday where we had seven and the reds had six! A heck of a lot of people don't know how to get the best out of it though - I think by the end of the round there were only two of us Tiger drivers left on the green team and all the red were dead. Yep, I grinded the crap out of the vk36 the other day for it. I was saving for the T32 but the sale price had me. |

That third mark is proving to be very tricky. After reaching 89% at one point I'm now down to under 82%. I'm either on the flank that sees no reds right up to the point where they finish off the rest of the team and come find me (about 3 minutes in) or I'm the idiot trying to hold back the entire enemy team single handed (about 1 minute in). Either way, a lot of my recent games have been short and very painful. |

Only time I've used the L/56 and liked it was on the T 34-88 I prefer the short 88 in the Flak Bus, too. More gun traverse, plenty of punch for the tier. For the Tiger, long 88 all the way. |
