I'm not an accomplished arty player, only own two arty and only have 377 battles in them out of 10,996 (almost hit 11k!!). However, I had this game last night and it was my best arty battle for kills so far. I just missed a low health Tiger P at the end to secure my Radley's. I actually felt like the guy I grumble about when I'm on the receiving end.
Thank you to the Tiger II that killed the light that yolo'd me at the very beginning of the game. He left me with 32 health before I even fired a shot so all my damage and kills were after. I'm sure he was gagging after bouncing that last kill shot on me. Kills- T25/2, AT7, KV-4, Tiger II, T-43, M12 and T26E4.

Congrats on the gg. I have been very scummy the last few days after getting the B-C 155 58 Saturday morning. I can't stop using it, out of 98 battles from Saturday till now, 75 were in it. It doesn't hit hard every shot, but permatracking & dumping a few shots into a heavy or armored td while other greens hit them is very effective, & I can see the psychological advantage it gives my team when I'm targeting a flank. I can see the reds falter & hesitate, scrambling around, as 4 rounds fly their way in a short span. I watch the good/aware players take advantage, getting shots in & pushing. The long 62 second reload goes by quick actually, with mobility & a fully rotating turret, that time is spent relocating for juicy side shots & scanning for the priority targets for that next clip.

I always scan the red team list for those damn bastards when I'm in my STB-1. I'll take my chances with the single shots, but that auto loader seems to seek out my STB-1 when I play it. |
