Yes sir. While many argue that the Ol' Fatton is a mediocre Tier X medium, I've always enjoyed the hell out of mine.

DecoNoir I think people give the M48 too much of a hard time, it's one of the most stable platforms for a gun I've seen in the game in a long time, it can't really miss either from how stable it is. giaka thanks, I'll think you'll enjoy it when you get it.

All the tier 10 mediums are great and don't outclass each other due to all of them having different characteristic combinations. Which combination of traits is up to the user's liking.

I got mine a couple of weeks ago. It really is a jack of all trades kind of tank and it appears to have good accuracy on the move.

I've heard the M46 is similar in that it's best used as a ridge fighter/support and does well with snapshots, but doesn't have that troll mantlet like the Pershing does. Is that pretty much it (other than the ABSURD grind needed to get the top package; just ... wow that's gonna suck)? Where else does it fall short? |

its to fat and slow.
i enjoyed grinding the gun out but i was with good people so fond memorys. it is ok but not the pershing. if your ok with that then good times.
hard to pick faults that are not due to that hull, slow, cammo, penned easy, slow... above that is great, gun view range etc, just that bloody hull.

The 46 Patton is actually more mobile than the Pershing. It trades that great turret for mobility, though. And the top gun has mediocre accuracy, but it's almost as accurate on the move as it is stationary. It's a great snapshot tank.
I'm still trying to get a handle on my Fatton, though. I'll have a 3-4k damage game, then the next game I will barely break 1k.

Congrads on the Patton. I don't play mine that much but do enjoy it. I like the 46 more to be honest but the 48 is a good tank. The only thing is that large hatch. If you get spotted and are hull down keep moving back and forth. That is really the only complaint I have about the tank.
