Here's the 1st bit.

I would if I had information. I think players need to understand that we have people from two different locations. I, for one, work in the development studios in Wargaming Chicago Baltimore. My job is to go in the forums and fetch items that need to be addressed in game. An example would be "Players that are unable to destroy a building that was destructible before". I will then, go in the forums, gather as much info from the player as possible, write a ticket that will then get assigned to the engineer, designer, artists, etc, and get it fixed in the next update or two. Not only would the design team have to fix all of these issues we find in the forums by players, but they also have to work on items that were planed months ago for implementation. Some items are easy to fix, some are difficult as hell.
When there are issues with community and moderation, those issues are resolved in our publishing community office in Wargaming Emeryville/San Francisco. They are they people in charge of events, online contests, portal articles, moderation, forums, social media ETC. When a player is having a problem with a moderation/forum problem, they are the ones responsible to handle all of those items. Since I don't work in that office, I don't have jurisdiction on what should, would, could be addressed. All I can do is pass the issue to them and focus on issues my studio can solve, which is development.
With the AFK issue, I can pass the information to the development team and they are currently brainstorming what can and cannot be done. Again, this is not something that's going to take 2-3 days. It might take a while.
I already asked the WG SF office if we have anything in our community rules regarding AFK players who we can see abusing their accounts by checking their stats and seeing thousands of battles but no kills, and I have not received an answer.
I am ALWAYS in the forums and always passing issues or concerns from players to the SF office, but unfortunately, I'm unable to execute any sort of solution as, again, I don't have jurisdiction in that office. I understand how frustrating must be for players and believe when I say I wish I could do more.
The time it takes to fix things is out of my control and I'm the one who gets to address angry players from both office issues
It's ok I try my best ^__^
And here's the 2nd bit.
And so you know, I received a reply from PAINGOD in which the Dev team is working on implementing an AFK-Botting detection solution
I'm telling you this, but I have no clearance on sharing it. Let me get clearance and I will post in the forums as soon as I get the green light. The problem with announcing features that are still in the works is that players get very impatient
