I saw something about that the other day and have been waiting to hear more about it. I hate CW, even farming bots in coop. With how long I went without playing my skill level isn't what it needs to be to have fun and not go broke in WWII right now.
It probably won't help que times. I had a few minutes alone and played a couple games before the wife came back early with a piece of the car wash firmly stuck to her car. Both games I got in the que numbers were just of 50. That's bad for a Saturday eve during what used to be prime time.

This could have been really good to have if it was the game alot sooner, but they've left it a bit late, having used up loads of time on modes they ultimately ended up removing anyway.
Be good for trying out new tanks or just low stress games for a bit though.

Oh definitely. They squandered years, tons of resources, and thousands of lost players/customers on all those failed modes they wanted. I'm not saying they didn't have good intent with all those things they've tried over the years but the reality is they are trying to make a game for a base that they don't understand and are getting more and more disconnected from.

It's a '4th' split in the player base (2 in CW and soon WWll). Bots in PVE is fine, a good place to get use to a tank, get some gear etc. But real players split 4 ways? No wonder WG doesn't want +/-1

Will be interesting to see what this does to que times and overall gameplay. I would lay a wager this one will be set up from the get go to keep players from farming silver and xp. If they have a lick of sense they will give it it's own economy separate from regular game play but still have content that can be carried over into the game proper.

I also look forward PvE in WW2, I think these games need to have non-competive mode for players that do not want to play against humans. Maybe it will also help new players to learn how tank controls, spotting, maps positions and battle modes work. War Stories did that, but they got boring fast because battles were always similar.

Pretty much every single one of their “improvements” since 6.0 have been too little, too late. It’s as if they’re trying to simply do everything BUT add +1/-1. What I don’t understand is that we somehow have enough players for multiple PvE modes but not enough for +1/-1? That’s just blatant ignorance on their part.
They’ve been “testing” +1/-1 for nearly 3-4 years now. God forbid these scumbags actually do what the community has been demanding for once.

Played about 10 games in it, and it has some nice features that I like so far. So far I haven’t seen one artillery piece, and I’ve been playing tier 8 tanks and I seem to be top-tier all the time with some tier sevens thrown in. Just saw a arty on our side but the computer didn’t get one.
Made some good money playing the Minotaur.

How was the XP and silver?? Best game with Minotaur with x2 silver bonuses was about 175,000. Regular games with most other tier 8s was around 50-75k . Xp was low. |
