I’m going to apply for corrections later this year, but need to get into better shape first.
This is what I’m expected to do to pass the physical to get in the training.
300 meter shuttle run
20 meter high crawl
20 meter low crawl
10 meter dummy drag
3ft wall jump
26 step ups
20 meter sprint
Must be completed in 6 mins or less. Followed by
140lb dead lift with hex bar, 3 reps
15 hand release push up event
Plank for 30 seconds
Farmers carry, 45lb kettle bells for 140 ft
Anyone know if any good fitness sites I can get advice from. I’m 43 and a bit overweight so it won’t be easy but I know I can get it done.
