I’m not sure if it’s for Reddit, or Discord but maybe if WG had given even this much of a shit in directing new players to their own Forum it would have been more successful? Instead they virtually hide it, then complain that it’s not getting enough unique users to justify the cost. And they wonder why we seemed toxic to them.

Back when I played it was just a small little info box on the login screen and the forum was always at the bottom of that. You'd barely even notice tbh the vast majority of people just want to go straight into the garage.

Yeah there used to be a box for the forums years ago on the log in screens. The original dev team had it set up where they encouraged customers to join the forum and offer feedback. That all changed when PainGod took over and set up his own private forum section then they put out an unpopular update and he personally took the heat over it. Dudes got pretty thin skin and holds a grudge.

Funny that I never noticed the Forum link on the log in page from earlier. You sure can’t miss that QR code now though can you? They never restored the Forum link on their home page either. Seems like they’ve been undermining the Forum community for years.
