So, I'd this just a terrible tank or am I just terrible in it. I've played a few games in it and have yet to have that ah ha moment. Pretty disappointed so far after waiting so long for it to comeback for sale.

Damn, I am not familiar with this tank but it appears to be a tier VI version of a Jackal probably due to its M4A1 hull, so challenging for sure.
As a Sherman guy, imagine that lols, I’d protect the hull as much as possible since it’s not well armored. I like to play my Shermans around teammates to help keep the focus off me. A friendly Rampanzer or any of the KV2 variants for instance make a good mate to work with. You know, something the Reds will focus on other than you. Stay mobile but try not to be the first Green tank to arrive anywhere. Shoot, and move during reload. I’d say find cover even when loading intra clip. Her rounded hull front will snuggle into a hidey hole little better than the M4A3 sometimes. I’m gonna bet that a good crew is critical for success too.
Sorry I cannot be more specific but all Shermans have a lot in common so they play similarly.

I don't have the T6 you have, but I have the Jackal. I've had a little success with it, but really haven't played it much. I imagine the playstyle is similar...it's got decent speed and it's best used from the flanks dumping a clip into distracted tanks. I'd focus on playing in mid distance.
