So, WG managed to mistreat LWM enough that she has decided to leave the CC program. She did say she would finish her testing on Missouri credit earning and destroyer depth charge drop patterns - but didn't know when/where the results of that would be posted.   Along with LWM - I know Jingles, Flambass, MrGibbons, iChase, Trenlass, and others have left the CC program in solidarity.  |

I slowed my spending last fall, having become less active, but this behavior by WG has nailed my wallet shut. I’m rather proud of the CC community coming together on this.
The few games I played yesterday, I started off by saying #JUSTICEFORLWM in chat and only 1 player knew about it. That’s changing rapidly. I honestly think this shitstorm is gonna stick. I know WG is a Russian company, and operates differently than NA corps, but all the high profile CC’s bailing with public statements is a signal fire seen by millions. And coming on the heels of the Blizzard debacle, you know some gaming reporters/bloggers are salivating at the chance to dig into this.

I'm not surprised, to be honest. The Yukon incident sounded like it pushed her right to the edge as it was. This was pouring gasoline onto a forest fire. I'm sorry to see her go, I enjoyed her work tremendously, but I respect her decision to not put up with the bullshit any more.

Long term I don’t think it will have much of an impact.
Some people are upset, but I really doubt it will hurt wargaming’s bottom line.
