I've been thinking about some of the conversations that's happened in parties. I don't want to forget them. I just thought if anybody wanted to, we could post funny stories about Cat or anything memorable.

I will remember all the platooning that we did. It’s a funny thing, the tank game was the initial draw but as time went on, it was much more about playing with friends and having a good time. Cat could come out with some of the funniest stuff. I remember one night it was Rooster, Cat and myself and Rooster had mentioned a video of a guy in Australia was parachuting, almost on the ground, when a kangaroo came over and came at the guy and the guy telling the kangaroo to Bugger off, among other things! I laughed so hard I woke my wife up.

I’ve run into Cat a few times over the years and was always glad to find him on the greens. Our last encounter was on Nov. 28, 2020. I don’t recall that match as we simply exchanged greetings but I do recall a game where he was in a platoon on the reds with LeTanker, (still Lady Tanker at that time) and a couple others.
I was targeting LT and out of nowhere Cat was on me. It was a truly humbling experience for me as he tore me a new one, but I treated it as the good lesson it was, watch the map, and never take you eye off the Cat.

I think this is a very nice gesture. I'm not sure I ever had an evening platooning with him that was unpleasant. Fantastic sense of sarcasm and dry wit. Extremely intelligent as well.
Everybody processes death differently, and I think it is extremely important to remember, but also to recognize that life is in fact bigger and pulling those good memories along with you in a way that would honor the way he'd like have it done is most important.

Another Cat moment
A couple of years ago, a hurricane was coming towards the SC coast. I remember Cat saying he was going to put on a loincloth, tie his self to the top of his house and defiantly ride it out. I told him I would permanently have that visual burned in my mind.
