I've sat through endless hours of kids baking championship, halloween baking championship, holiday baking championship, and British baking championship. Seriously Food Network, maybe more guys would watch your channel if you had a show focused on steaks! I know there's only so many ways to cook a steak but I think I've seen every damn way to mix milk, flour, and eggs and covered in butter cream, icing or fondant. Obviously I don't watch these myself but I'd be more attentive and awake for a show on steak. Grill it, cook it in a cast iron skillet, smoke it, or maybe something else. I don't care but a show on cooking steaks and all the varieties and cuts of meat and various ways to prepare and cook them would be awesome.
