Snore was talking about the weather being drier than a popcorn fart and I had never heard that before. I ended up reading some Southernisms and these are a few I've heard:
Butter my butt and call me a biscuit.
Fine as a frog hair split four ways.
Colder than a well digger's butt in Idaho.
I was just wondering what other funny or interesting phrases other people have heard or use.

Hotter than two rats fucking in a wool sock Does a pigeon's ass pucker in a power-dive? Does a baby go ga? Does howdy doody have wooden balls? Is the Pope Catholic? Does the Pope pull out? Is a frog's ass watertight? Do sharks shit in the ocean? Does a fat dog fart? Does Dolly Parton sleep on her back? Does a sack of flour make a big biscuit? That's as rare as a rocking horse's shit Does the Tin Man have a sheet metal cock? Does Raggedy Anne have a cotton crotch? Nervous as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs Rode hard and put away wet He/She looks like she's been pulled through the bushes backward |

LT...I was born and raised in Arizona. Both sets of grandparents were also in Tucson and both grandfathers were 1st generation Americans. Interestingly, my great grandfather was born in Arkansas somewhere on the White River. |
