From what I understand and have been told, the Valor rebrand is essentially just the console team actually giving a shit and trying to balance some of the more broken or radically outclassed vehicles in the game. A welcome change albeit about 3 years too late for most of the players.
I know the Tier X Waffle, and I believe the AMX 30 B are the first 2 tanks to be worked on.
My question for those more informed than me is, are these console specific balance changes, or are they just importing PC balance changes and trying to hype them up?

This is good news to me! Let them try and fix some of the things in this game, the Waffle isn't even the worst of them any more either. Some of the Merc tanks are just as stupid.
If they do roll balance changes over would that include arty stun effects now? I have heard that its pretty crippling from some PC players.
