Patch 9.4 adds the Russian CA early access event. More "balans" botes incoming.
Next Ranked will be tier 7. I'm very excited for this, as there are only 3 radar capable ships and no skycancer. My Haida is ready.
Patch 9.4 also makes the premium consumnables free, and removes the current standard consumnables. This will make higher tier ships more affordable, especially the USN CLs.
