Because of the changes being made to the Inertia Fuse for HE Shells skill, resetting Commander skills will be free of charge from the release of Update 0.9.2 until 07:00 (UTC) on March 16.
Starts tomorrow with the new update.

LWM is working on figuring it all out. From the sounds of it, IFHE is still pretty mandatory on CLs. However, it becomes pretty bad on high tier DDs. And of course, the fucking IJN gunboats somehow get a pretty big buff because reasons.

Lwm released her statement with a simple guide, a yes or no to the ships of each tier and type. She recommends keeping IFHE on many ships, as direct damage is still more reliable than rng fires. Some ships don't need it, and some still do so the skill is not completely pointless.
