And I'm 100% positive the grind is going to be YUUUUGE, to give you an incentive to break out the wallet. On another note, I should be able to earn enough coal through this to buy one of the high tier coal ships. Leaning towards Salem right now. |

A wanna Smolensk so hard it hurts.  BUT...they have to nerf that thing, IMHO. HAVE. TO. So I'll probably get either the Jean Bart or Georgia, given my proclivity toward premium BBs. (I'm no good in them, but... ) |

If the Benham grind is anything to base it on, the PR grind will indeed be equivalent to a full time job. |

Meh, I'll keep accruing coal and hope to god they release the Mushy for sale again. I dont know if there should be premium tier X ships, which any person can aquire through their wallets.
Not necessarily because of pay to win, but people buying their way to tier X may not have the necessary experience to be able to survive high tier play, or really contribute to a team. Its the same issue as the Rental ships. Generally speaking, someone who has aquired a tier X through a tech tree has played enough games to at least understand the basic mechanics of the game, positioning and shooting. This is just my own very unimportant opinion of course.
Tier X gameplay is fairly difficult. The damage output of most ships is insanely high, and vastly eclipses the survivability characteristics of most ships. Usually the slightest mistake of position or angle will result in instant death, whether by HE, AP or Torpedos.
Tier X games are much more about positioning and proper target selection, which requires a basic understanding of the game.
I am not trying to belittle anyone or sound elitist, I am an average player at best. This is just some observations I have made while struggling with my Yamato.
