Finished 6 parts of Objective 1 today, earning 2 crates. I spent the earned tokens on 4 more of the 70 token crates. So far I've gotten 200 gold, rare signal flags, and the Montecuccoli mission.
Loving this event so far, especially since it rewards me for playing d'Aosta. Looking forward to Monte, even with that horrible 14 second reload.

It's been a fun stress free event. I'm also pleased to get my D'osta out, seems to shine more now.
Today I did a new thing. I played only DDs! Been grinding my Akatsuki and playing my Kidd and Blys when I'm waiting for the other to return to port.

I bought some crates and ended up with the tier V and VII. Zara is fun but challenging. The lack of HE makes her difficult to deal significant damage.

It supposedly has improved autobounce angles, but it struggles against all but the most thinly armored ships. The cruisers mostly play average to below average. Basically anything else is a better choice right now. |

They can bounce and shatter. Between the long reload and the inability to deliver damage over time, they're just not all that fun if you like shooting stuff. I predict a buff in the near future. |

Turret traverse is glacial, too. Montecuccoli greatly out turns her turrets. I can live with the slow reload, but that drives me nuts.

I'll be honest. Everything I have read so far makes them sound like floating pinátas. I'm in no rush to add to my grind anyways, since I havent been able to play too much lately.

Finished objective 4 yesterday. Didn't get any new missions. Did get the permacamo for Trento, Zara, and Amalfi.
