It seems to have pretty powerful guns, in a similar style to the Russian cruisers. Flat arcs and high speed rounds and decently long range torpedos, as well as speed boost. They also seem to have some sort of strange overpen armour, where BB's never seem to hit for full damage no matter where the shells hit, full broadside or no.
Anyone tried them? How are they? Henri is irritating to fight.

It's one of the lines I keep working on. I have the tier 6 atm, also got De Grasse both seem to be alot of fun. I like the arcs and the HE.

They're very good. Fast, maneuverable, accurate, long range, and the armor can be trolly. They're selfish damage farmers though, and they don't have the tools to influence the battle like American cruisers.
