Bandkanon 1A at tier IX for the Swedish line. Have it branch off of the Strv 103-0. Allow it the irl two seven round magazines and the 120 second reload time for reload.
Give it a dispersion of .6-.7. An intra-clip reload of atleast 10 seconds.
Alpha damage of 530(397-663 with rng +/- 25%) and a blast radius of say 8 meters for standard HE. For Premium HE make the Alpha damage 835 (626-1043 with rng +/-25%) and blast radius of 9(tied for worst both std and Prem at tier IX).
Forward speed of 46 kph and reverse speed of 20 kph.
Armor 20mm all around. Also since it uses the same powertrain as the STRV 103 give it siege mode and the perks of that while turning in siege mode.
Dispersion after firing 5.8(worst in tier).
Aim time of 4.99
