So, my Edinburgh got uptiered into a Tier X match. Enemy team had a Harugumo (Tier X Japanese DD). I didn't see it all game, but saw our team throwing out buckets of salt over the thing. It sank our Groser Kurfurst with main battery fire (and fires), and its captain pointed out how he'd buffed the guns to 2.1s reload (plus Adrenaline Rush benefits).
I didn't even see the thing until the last two minutes of the match. We won on points, and I survived on less than 1k health.
It did all of this in about 70, 90 seconds.
This is his list of achievements.
He dealt 32k damage, inflicted 4 fires (10k burning), and landed 170 shells on me.
In about 75 seconds.
What the actual fuck, WG. Apparently there was a specific 100mm guns buff that Harugumo has clearly benefited from.
Oh, and their Fletcher was shooting at me in the same timespan. 1 fire, 2k main battery damage, 2k fire damage.
