Kind of kicking around the idea of a dedicated Mass skipper. BFT, AFT, IFHE, Manual Secondaries, AR, Preventative Maintainence, and Priority Target.
I'm also kicking around the idea of just dropping my Cleveland captain in. Priority Target, AR, Expert Marksman, DE, CE, IFHE,Superintendent.

She’s fun/good enough to deserve her own captain, but she’s also an awesome training tool for captains who need more XP. She also makes good money as well. I’ll let the better players advise you on best builds. |

I believe it does. IFHE is an important skill on a secondary specced Mass. Her sec0ndaries do not enjoy the 1/4 pen that German BB secondaries get. IFHE turns her secondaries into a buzzsaw. DD's that get within range of a Mass with a full spec secondary build with IFHE dont live long enough to learn from their mistakes.
