It's some weird merc tank. Looks like a Soviet medium hull, T26e4 turret, and very long gun, and a lot of spaced armour.

I own it😕. It is no SP turret for sure. Had a lowe pen the turret when it should have been bouncing. And he was shooting AP only. Think the "spaced" armor is for show.

The "Long Reach" is a pretty good tank for tier 6. Its easy to unlock, its gun does a lot of damage, and the lower glacis and tracks are covered with spaced armour plates, so its extremely resilient when angled.
Its my first merc tank and I have been pleasantly surprised with it. Good tank to smash lower tiers in. It sort of feels like an IS, a tier lower with a whole lot of spaced armour plates.
