I'm a few days late on payment so they decide to bombard me with phone calls harrassing me about when I'm going to pay. I'll pay I just don't have money at the moment. So they called 3 tines within an hour. On the third phone call I picked up and said this...
"ARE YOU FUCKING MY WIFE!?!? YOU STOP TRYING TO FUCK MY WIFE!!! NOW GET THE FUCK OUT!!!"
*with mexican accent. I hung up before they responded but the phones been quiet since.

Three times in an hour us borderline harassment. Debt collectors have pretty strict rules to follow or face civil suits. In the States at least.

I've had to read up on it before. When I did it was becuase they kept calling for someone else. Even when we explained they no longer had that number they kept calling. The calls stopped after I reported it to the feds though. Might have to do it with these guys too. But so far this worked fine. lol Also more satisfying.

See this is why I don't install my house phone, but these fuckers always seem to find a a way. I get people phoning my mobile every now and then, and I literally tell them to fuck off, and don't phone back, which never seems to work with these cold callers.
So I recently decided to have some fun with one, and pretended that he called a sex line. He was very shocked that I started talking about stroking myself, and asking where he wanted me to shoot my load. I have no shame whatsoever, it would seem. Which is both enlightening, and very worrying.

I get pre-recorded spam calls. A lot of times it will be a phone number that starts with the same prefix as mine. I was getting a daily phone call from one. I finally tried to tell the lady to take me off the call list and got quite annoyed when she ignored me and didn't respond to anything I said. lol. Finally realized there was no one there. I registered on the do not call list. Helped quite a bit. I haven't heard from her anymore. lol. The one I get now is, we are calling you about your credit card. There's nothng wrong, but...I just hang up.

I had more than my fair share of conversations with bill collectors when I first moved back to Tennessee as my ex-fiancée had left me over $20k in debt when she left me for her boss.
Once I had paid everything off and could afford my first cell phone, I manged to get a number that had previously belonged to someone who had used it to open multiple credit cards with a fake ID, max them out, and disappear when the bills came due. I honestly cannot begin to count how many "No, this is not Mr. Farley. This is a cell phone that I just got. Please stop calling." conversations I had in the first months on that phone.
