It might be pretty obvious, but it really isn't worth it for the traditional mino play style. That drop in concealment from 8.7 to 9.3km can really be felt. If you play in a division and normally do not have a dd with you it has some use such as longer output, and a great smoke trail, the downtime increase just doesn't merit it. With the Dunkirk captain I am 20sec between smoke screens normally, this is extended to 45s with the new legendary module. I could tell no difference in the dispersion of incoming shells, seemed to average about normal. First match had a Yamato at 16.8km smoke fire and wipe 3/4 hp off of the ship. Anecdotal evidence to be sure, but just felt it isn't worth it. Next up will be trying the Zao's.
Pro's larger area of smoke and more utility
Con's down time over double, concealment is half a km worse
Incoming shell dispersion seemed about normal.

The legendary modules for Yamato and Henri are the only ones that seem like they're worth it. Minotaur seems to live or die on concealment, so give up any amount is a huge deal.

Hindi module is great, not even sure it would be worth it on the Henri, remove all utility from a ship that has it in limited supply to begin with. Zao looks interesting, maybe just from the fact that I enjoyed a rudder shift mogami.
