New series on Amazon called 'Into The Badlands'. Ultra violent martial arts movie with a very cool hero called Sunny in it. It gets better every episode then ends on a couple of major cliffhangers.
I binge watched the whole six episodes over a couple of days and now am very much looking forward to the next series.
The fight scenes are utterly stunning and the best I've ever seen in movies with martial arts. Made by the same people who made The Walking Dead so quality photography and script as well.

Is there a difference between British and American Amazon? I think there must be because I can't find it on Amazon Prime US but can see it on Amazon Prime UK. That's weird because I'm pretty sure the people who make it are a US company.

Us Brits seem to get a raw deal when compared to the stuff the Americans can watch on it. In many cases we're paying more money for an inferior product. As for the show that you recommended, I shall bookmark it for future enjoyment.

My wife watches all of them on Netflix and I've seen a few episodes of each, particularly Foyles War and Peaky Blinders.

Yeah, we have good British shows up there, but we have less choice and there's a lot of content on the American Netflix that simply isn't available on the British Netflix. Like Star Trek and whatnot.

Not many seem to know about it but I reckon it's up there with the best of the TV series about. The lead guy is a superb mix of intense underlying violence and cool charm. Do you know if they're going to do another series as it's been a while now?
