Hi KillerDNA,
Thank you for contacting Wargaming Support!
We appreciate the time you took to write us your query.
Any player that causes any type damage will pay for those costs.
We take instances of Team Killing quite seriously, whether it results in the death of a teammate or not.
We have an automated system that tracks each tanker's ratio of damage against allies to damage to enemies.
It keeps track of this statistic both from the creation of the account and for the last few days.
If either ratio slants too far in the direction of Team Damage, that player's name will show up as blue in the client.
This is a warning to that player that they need to stop damaging their allies whether intentionally or not.
If the ratio slides further towards Team Killing, account restrictions ranging from a short break period to a permanent removal from the game can ensue, depending on the number of violations in that player's history and the severity of those violations.
We don't accept appeals to the penalties that our system applies.
We've designed it so that it will take action in the scenarios it needs to and we will not consider overturning those decisions.
We hope that this explanation will help you to understand our built in Team Damage system.
Good day commander!
Best Regards,
John Michael Anderson

so to clarify, they rely on their automated system that tracks the ratio of team/enemy damage and IF it slides more in favor of team damage then they get punished... So you can teamkill several allies as long as you do more damage to the enemies in return.
Fucking pathetic ass company if you ask me. WHY in the hell would ANYONE support a game company that does not punish trolls?
