So I imagine I'm not the only one who has some pretty cool local architecture around me, especially with some of you living in the UK and on the east coast. Do you have any cool buildings in your town or close by? Here is my city's courthouse. Built in 1909, it is still used to this day for court hearings.  Every year in the spring ivy grows up the front of the courthouse to basically cover it's entire face, and then wilts away in the winter and becomes dormant until next spring.  So what kind of cool old buildings do you guys have locally? |

Yes, I thought I recognized the 2nd and 3rd photos. I think the 2nd was in one of the Princess Diaries films and I think the 3rd was in Pride and Prejudice and probably a few others. |
