So you get 10-203mm guns, good AA, good concealment, good speed and maneuverability, and 10km torpedoes. What's the catch? It sounds like a fantastic cruiser.

The Dragon ships are basically just like T7 Myokos. The only difference is they cannot mount camo, so they can't get the same concealment. Otherwise they are copy/paste with premium status.
