Logged in to the game tonight after not playing for a few days and I have a Texas that I did not buy or get in one of my Santa boxes. Did not receive a notification/email of one being gifted to me.
Not sure how I got it, but if one of you guys gave it to me it's appreciated, thanks.

Did you also get a bunch of silver? The Texas is given to new players who used the refer a friend link, once they've played their first tier 6 battle.
