Our current PC is a flaming hunk of hot, four-year-old garbage, so decided we needed an upgrade. Add in 30 months of interest-free financing at Nebraska Furniture Mart, and I gots me a Battlebox. Key specs. - Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz (Max 4.5GHz) Processor
- 16GB DDR4 SDRAM / 64GB (Max) Memory
- 120GB SSD
- 2TB Hard Drive
- 24X DVD±RW Dual-Layer Super-Multi Drive Optical Storage
- NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 1070 - PCI Express x 16 Graphics
- 8GB Dedicated Video Memory Video Memory
Probably gonna drop another 8 GB of RAM in there at some point, and will upgrade the fans. (Also getting a PC headset, which should make it easier to div up at some point.) This should make WoWS look SPECTACULAR on our 27" HD monitor. (A TV, to be honest, but it works.  ) Just happy I can finally download other games off Steam, too.  |

So we're all going to just ignore the fact that "Nebraska Furniture Mart" is a thing? They are the best thing. Though you do need a sherpa if you visit their store here in KC, as it's 450,000 square feet.  |
