I'm starting to really like Cruiser gameplay - the Omaha is a lot of fun.
But isn't the Cleveland currently the tier VI...? Are they going to buff it, then?

Yes, Cleve will get buffs. It's unclear how exactly they'll treat the split, but with other lines if you had the ships in port then got the other ships in the split for free - along with captains. I'd expect Cleveland will wind up being something more similar to the Mogami w/ 155s.

Cleveland used to be an OP as balls little monster back in the early Beta Test days. They nerfed this shit out of it to make it fit into tier 6. Historically, it's turrets rotated almost twice as fast as they do now. She also had much less floaty shell arcs, making long range fire easier to be accurate with. Most people say all they have to do is un-nerf it, and give it the standard tier 8 cruiser bow armor, and she'll fit right in. I'm extremely looking forward to a tier 8 Cleveland. |

Also, if you already have a Cleveland, I believe you'll get the tier 8 version immediately, as well as the tier 6 Pepsi. If you have permacamo on the Cleveland, you'll get permacamo for both, too.

More news. This comes from Reddit. Apparently USN CLs get Defensive Fire and Hydro in separate slots, like d'Aosta. The tiers 9 and 10 also get a heal and radar.

More news. This comes from Reddit. Apparently USN CLs get Defensive Fire and Hydro in separate slots, like d'Aosta. The tiers 9 and 10 also get a heal and radar. RIP DDs |
