I missed out on a free monster tank last year by 1 point. I would've had it too but the deadline must've ended in the middle of my last match.
I guess I'm gonna aim for the Lycan.
I just hear a lot about Kraft's Panther being shitty, and Kaiju and Gory don't really interest me.
What do you guys think?

I just hear a lot about Kraft's Panther being shitty, and Kaiju and Gory don't really interest me. What do you guys think? Lycan is awesome, one of my favourite tanks and one I play every session. Make decent silver, for a start and I think, in fact, I prefer it to the Bulldog (just), mainly because it is a bit smaller and has a much quicker re-load (6 shot auto-loader rather than 10). Definitely go for it. It's loads of fun. Nothing more satisfying in WOT than killing a non-turreted tier 10 TD in a tier 7 light and the Lycan is a specialist at that! |

At least they opened the crew xp multipliers for pre owned monsters , even if not the drops . Not unlocking the drops was pretty cheesy

I will be going after the Lycan. I feel like the Höllenhund should be a dual trainer as the 90mm on it is just the M32 76mm rammed out to 90mm and the tank is after all a M41A1.

I might try to go for the KV5, the Revenant and Lycan are both re-skinned TT tanks, like to have something different.
14 days 300 points, not too bad. that's only 22 or so a day. the other ops *cough*M4 Rev*cough* were like 1000 in like 28 days, or about 36 a day. If you could get the KV5 and one of the others in the time frame, it would only be 33 points a day (less than the M4 Rev)

If they do the Zombie tank mode or whatever, like they did last year, these monster tanks have a special ability. Krafts panzer could "play dead", it wouldn't pop up on the minimap and you had to have the locations of ones on the map memorized, otherwise it would blend in really well and get you when you least expect it. And it looks cool during the rest of the year. |
