I noticed today that my "Clan" tab is back in the UI. Huzzah! Checked to see if anyone was on and found a different anchor with "Recruiter" on it beside my name. I have no idea what that means or what I should be doing...
In other news, I will probably be on most of the day after 1PM CST if anyone wants to division. Any tier, any game mode.

Never heard of a clan recruiter. Wonder if it is a WG thing or if one of the officers assigned it to you?

It's just a cool title. I gave it to you when I was in charge, since you have the most games played out of all of us. Though, if you want, you can try recruiting more members.
