Played a few co-op matches, and one accidental random battle while bone stock. My thoughts so far:
Her guns are pretty good, but they turn so slow. Unlocked Expert Marksman on the captain after my last battle yesterday, so that should help. Do the upgraded guns turn faster?
She's squishy. Seems more fragile than Cleveland.
Speed is good. Turning is a little sluggish.
I nuked a full health Leander with her AP. And AP will consistently hit for 7k salvos on BB superstructures inside of 12km. Her guns are good.
Range is lackluster. 14 km stock, 15 km upgraded.

It's really not as bad of a ship as I think - but I still don't like it. I have managed to start getting better games in it, especially by being choosy with shots (because of long reload) and playing more as a battleship (at least in when to fire mindset) and reducing my reliance on HE unless the only available targets are angled. I'm almost positive the gun upgrade was a massive traverse increase.
