Have you guys played HMS Lion on the PTS yet? If so, what'd you think?
I unlocked it by playing the Iowa since that's the ship it's been compared to the most. Overall the Lion is a damn strong ship. Early in a match I had a 1v2 with my Lion vs an Izuma and Neptune. I survived and they did not. I never had any amazing AP volleys, but did have some 10-17k volleys with just normal penetrations. The HE is god-tier - it will citadel a Neptune. I did get an odd citadel hit from an Izumo at ~11km - no idea what that was about. The poor firing angle on the rear turret is frustrating after playing the Iowa, but I still think the RN BBs will almost make the other lines completely obsolete. It could also be said that the high tier RN BBs are the best CA line in the game.
