My thoughts: I'm not a fan. This is a fairly significant nerf to RN Cruisers (even if the Belfast needed it). Tier 6 CLs are getting hit hard, too. D'Aosta especially is hurt by the IFHE change, and weren't the French cruisers balanced around having IFHE?

My personal feeling is that CAs need a buff, nerfing CLs is not the answer. Duca and Perth will be hit the hardest.

Also watching the T8-T10 RN BBs makes me wonder if it's even worth it to play a cruiser anymore. If you want to be an HE spammer just said the Lion/Conq and do massive HE damage/fire, AP pen if you want, and almost never have to worry about angling because your citadel is down with the Flying Dutchman.

I watch his stream a lot, he's also done similar things in the rest of the RN BBs. Or...at least the T7-T10.
