Right now I only have about 200k Free XP and had been saving to buy USS Missouri for 750k Free XP. I still want a "totally balanced" T9 BB with radar, but HMS Nelson is a much more readily acquired premium at (projected) 375k Free XP. I'll watch a few more vids, but as of now it appears HMS Nelson will be keeping it's zombie heal - and would be a good captain trainer for HMS Conqueror which appears to be the best T10 BB in the game. In the US line I have no interest in going beyond the NC, and probably wouldn't even bother if I could afford the Alabama.

Go for the Nelson. You always have time to go for the Missouri if you want to in the future and the Nelson just seems more interesting, at least to me.
As for the 'Bama, well, War Damn Eagle from an Auburn man.

I like boats, so Roll Tide is a great slogan. I'll be honest, though - I don't get either.
Nelson looked mediocre....until I found out the 3rd turret isn't like the Izumo's AND it's keeping the crazy heal. Could be a hoot, right?

The heal, and the crazy fire-starting chance, are the two reasons even I might be tempted. Add in the good dispersion and she really begins to look good. Well, in a performance sense. She's still uglier than a camel spider.
From what I've seen so far, the British BBs look to be a very interesting. The glacial turret traverse makes me grind my teeth thinking about it, but their redeeming qualities might make-up for it. And, unlike many other BB lines, it looks like the British line may reward a more active play style.

I have "Jack Dunkirk" that I can use for the RN BB line with the buffed turret traverse. I had planned on using him with the Belfast, but I suppose he's really tailor made for the RN BB's (almost like WG had a plan there...).
Like you, I'm interested in what appears to be good dispersion. I like the Bismarck/Tirpitz - but nothing is more infuriating than firing a salvo at a broadside target at ~11km and only hitting 2 shells while the rest bracket the target.
I think I'm going to wait until they are all playable on the PTS so I can test them before spending time on a grind to see if they are really worth it. That's what I've done with the other T10 ships, and what renewed my interest in the US cruiser line.

If you need a premium then the Missouri is the best in game for credits the Nelson looks alright but apparently has the worst 16 inch ap shells in the game so switching between ammo types will be a skill that allows it to shine.

I have a lot of premiums, so I don't necessarily "need" one.
