Lots of strong but balanced ships at T6. Smoke meta will probably still be present, but hydro only with no radar should help keep certain ships from being overly strong!
I think the strongest strongest picks will be the Budyonny, De Grasse, Cleveland (especially if there are CVs), Leander, and possibly Perth. Duca is good - but low DPM might make it hard to carry, Aoba has great guns - but slowish reload and is fragile, Nurnberg is a strong ship with good DPM - but low health pool and takes citadel damage with dirty looks. I'm unsure if the strong guns on the Molotov will offset its squishy-ness, and I don't know enough about La Galissonnière to have an educated opinion.
Also all BBs at T6 are generally good. Warspite could easily be king of the waters.
No idea on DDs.

Anshan will be a strong dd contender and if HMS gallant is T6 and is released in time that could be worth a punt. Im thinking Leander will be a good shout.
