I'm thinking about both Dragon types, Ourorboros, and Hydra. Would make getting to the Mighty Mo a little easier, make some horrible grinds (Pepsicola) go a little faster, and help train some captains.

I guess the people complaining are the same that complain that premium time is P2W as well. I've got zero problems with it.

"P2W" could be arguing in a few circumstances - Belfast, Kutuzov, Tiger 131, the Darkhorse special crew skills, and probably a few other things I'm missing.
A lot of folks say P2W is stuff that advances you faster because you get a performance advantage quicker (non-stock ship/crew skill/captain skill). Pay 2 progress (faster) is valid, but at some point the "slippery slope" has to have a line drawn in the sand. It's getting ridiculous.
These flags are just P2progress and that's all. While I don't always agree with WG's decision and they do piss me off, I also don't expect them to be a charity.
