Yeah, it sounded like in his previous video when he was discussing #Fochgate that everything had been settled by WG EU. Looks like WG NA has waded in with their size 12's and fucked things up big style. Im predicting a domino effect over the coming days. In a way it is good that YT's like jingles stand up against the companies who are trying to throw their weight around.
Love the games hate the company should be WG's new motto.

If wargaming feels they are slandered, they will react. How could you not expect them not too?
Beyond that, I just don't see the big deal. Most of the YouTubers would be forgotten after 6 months of inactivity anyways, I just really don't see the issue.

If wargaming feels they are slandered, they will react. How could you not expect them not too? Beyond that, I just don't see the big deal. Most of the YouTubers would be forgotten after 6 months of inactivity anyways, I just really don't see the issue. I suppose the big deal is that some of their Youtubers do Youtube full-time, and if they get three copyright strikes ever their channel gets deleted and they can never make a new one. They're essentially threatening people's livelihoods, and jobs, because they don't like what they say about the game. |

Jingles is the reason I even started playing WoWS, so to see him leave like this is a little upsetting. |

"Slander" is not a copyright violation, but it could lead to litigation. Slander also has to be false to be slander. WG responds to perceived slander by actually slandering Foch (libel, actually). WG has made every wrong move possible during this, except removing Foch's CC status. |
