Should I buy the Duke of Pasta or no? Time is running out...

I have only played a few games in it. Seems to be a pretty nice ship if you like speedy, manuverable cruisers. The torpedo range is nice too. People don't expect to be torped from 9 km away.

I also like the Atlanta. Not sure if that changes your answer?

It's fragile but no where near as bad as the Molotov the guns are ok although it suffers from lack of them the ap I'd great but the he sucks. The torps have great range but only 3 a side​ makes it harder to reliable score hits. The AA is also pretty bad although teir for teir it's better than the atagos.

Good luck with it. It's good at killing light cruisers and destroyers but struggles against anything bigger.

You get the same guns as the teir 9 russian cruiser has so you murder everything with ease but watch out you have the kriovs hull so they murder you back.

The Molotov is better in play than the reviews suggest, those guns make it something rather special. You catch a tier 8 BB broadside and you can shred it with 5-9k volleys of ap, most of them don't expect a light cruiser to do that. It does have softer armor, but those guns will punch holes in heavy cruisers with same authority they hit you back, and it has a better reload. That said, if you don't have the Scharnhorst, it is a blast. I am horrible with it to be honest, average way less with it than I do the Gneisenau, but that doesn't take the fun away. It has no play style other than being able to be whatever you want out of it at the time. You want to be a dd, get close nail torps, want to be a cruiser, go stealth and sneak around, want to bb it then angle slightly and bully forward. Great way to just have fun. I also had a nasty string of luck with the Scharnhorst that when I first got it I couldn't buy a high tier match, my first 10 games were all heavily laden with tier 9's. In ranked the thing was a beast though.
