It was a good time for sure! We had a pretty decent amount of wins too!

It has been a ROUGH week of playing.  I went 1-4 today before playing this match.  Decided to quit on this high note.







Sent a clan invite to the guy in the Indianapolis.  He could have easily cost us the win at the end, but listened to everyone's advice to stop shooting and run away so we could win on points.  He must have had less than 1k health left.  He did not play great, using his radar when nothing was even close to being in range, not knowing which ammo to shoot when, but he was willing to listen.  Odd thing is, he's not new.  Over 7k battles, and he has an Arkansas Beta which means he's been playing for at least 4 years.

Finally had a good game in the Vlad. Nice accurate guns and tanky, even manuvers pretty good. I fought off the C flank and circled around to catch the reds as they sailed towards my comrads. The enemy Vlad gave me his full broadside making it an easy kill. 



In other news I saw some serious potatoes today. One guy whined about getting one torpedoe launched at him. The team had to explain to him that that was one of the perks of the British line...

In another battle I was in my Halland, and the Mino next to me kept telling me to set a smoke screen. I tried to explain I don't have smoke and he should smoke himself up. Guess he was a radar mino becuase he still yelled at me to set smoke then left me on my own "becuase I was doing nothing". Gotta love that huh.

So your team has a bunch of players that ranked first in ranked battles so you'd think that would mean you're gonna win right? Wrong, possibly the worst loss of the day.


Here I was the top tier BB jus doing some clubbin'. Fun battle!





Last but not least, my Santa box purchase has been paying off thanks to all the flags and camo, have plenty more to grind the Sovetsky Soyuz! KIna like a little xmas present to myself.

Roma is one of my favourite BB's in the game. 11.9km detection range on a BB is absurd and her ninja gameplay is tremendous fun, even if her guns are a bit wonky. Despite my best efforts we lost. I sent a message to the Akizuki after the game congratulating him on his monster game, since he single-handedly won it for his team. I spent the game flanking ships, firing at targets of opportunity and going dark, changing position. I forced a few ships to turn broadside to our team with big damage salvos and they melted under combined fire. Roma is hilariously stealthy, and left to her own devices she can be a tremendous danger to heavily armoured ships and angled cruisers. There was a red CV in this game but he suicided in the first 4 minutes.

After a few attempts in the Saipan I said "fuck it" and bought the Lexington. Not the best game but definitely not my worst. I will get better and keep trying with the Saipan. Didn't finish on the bottom!

Final Sov. Soyuz game. The Fletcher tried hard to keep his cap. I didn't want to just bail on him so I basicly fought off the flank myself as the other BB and CA just bailed. Fletch did hold em off for a minute but it was mostly shoot and retreat. Did my best to put some hurt on them. Also turned off game chat, enjoy the game more now. If anyone wants to hate on me I'll never see it, fuck em anyways.




And after a month or so grinding with a two week break in the middle here's the bias bote, Mighty Kremlin!

Wish I could show you all a super awesome first game but it felt like rng was just trolling me. One cit and a bunch of bouncy fragmented rounds with like 49k dmg. Finished bottom! yay! oh well, gonna work on the Lexington. Still got some camos and flags from my Santa crates so that'll help.

Man, this was a disappointing loss.  Didn't even realize I was close to getting the Confederate medal until the talent activated.  I actually procced all 3 of Sansonetti's talents this game.  Somehow lost a karma point for this match, too.  The idiot Akatsuki near the bottom rushed mid right at the start, somehow capped their base, and then died immediately afterwards.  Likely cost us the match.

First daily container was a Super.  Can't complain too much about the results.
