I kinda doubt it, they're just super rare. Everyone wanted the panzer IV hydro at one time, same with the panzer 5/4. Keep in mind this is just my opinion, I have neither of these tanks. I have just bought alot of premiums "for their rariety". In the end there's rarely anything special about them. The premiums worth buying are the ones like the T34 88, or the Black tanks maybe. It also depends on your play style too.

T23e3 is good, the FV201 doesn't have a good reputation though. Then again neither did the FV4202 and i really enjoyed that tank. The FV201 A45 is a Carny turret, with a BP gun with 10 degrees of depression, that has amazing Rof but Soviet-espue gun handling and accuracy, mounted on a paper hull.

I've run the FV201 for a few games. It's alright, still think it would benefit from getting pmm. The 17 pounder does well tier 7 and below, ok against tier 8 but is lacking in all aspects against tier 9's, especially against heavies such as E75, ST-1 etc.

T23E3 is a very good tank. Excellent RoF, great gun depression, outstanding Health pool and amazing reverse speed that allows you to peek and pop extremely quickly.
